Welcome to De Boulevard Studio a bright and tastefully decorated studio apartment with a modern industrial charm. The property is ideally located just behind the boulevard of Zandvoort. The beach and sea are less than a two-minute walk away, while the lively town centre, with its shops, restaurants and cafés, is only a five-minute walk away.

The studio is located on the third floor and offers everything you need for a relaxing stay on the Dutch coast. The open-plan living and sleeping area features a comfortable double box-spring bed, a flat-screen TV and a cosy atmosphere.

The kitchenette with breakfast bar is equipped with a refrigerator, portable induction hob, Nespresso coffee machine, kettle and all essential kitchen utensils, making it easy to prepare breakfast or small meals.

The modern bathroom features a bathtub with shower, washbasin and toilet.

The studio is located on the third floor. The main entrance to the building is shared with other guests. You can access your private studio directly via the staircase.

Arrival and Public Transport

Zandvoort train station is approximately a 5-minute walk away. From there, direct train connections are available to Amsterdam and Haarlem. Schiphol Airport, Leiden and The Hague can also be reached conveniently by public transport.

Parking

The accommodation does not have a private parking space.

Please note that paid parking applies throughout Zandvoort every day from 10:00 to 22:00. Public parking spaces and car parks are generally the most affordable parking options.

The Area

Zandvoort is one of the most popular seaside resorts in the Netherlands, known for its wide sandy beaches, cosy beach pavilions and relaxed atmosphere.

Enjoy sunny days by the sea, a refreshing swim in the North Sea or long walks along the coast. The beach and dunes also offer a unique setting for peaceful walks in the fresh sea air during autumn and winter.

Known as “Amsterdam Beach”, Zandvoort is only around 30 minutes by train from Amsterdam Central Station. This makes it easy to combine a relaxing beach holiday with a visit to the Dutch capital.

Nature lovers can explore the nearby Amsterdamse Waterleidingduinen and Zuid-Kennemerland National Park. Both offer beautiful walking and cycling routes through impressive dune landscapes.

Arrival after 22:00 is at your own risk and does not entitle you to a refund. Unfortunately, early check-in is not possible for organisational reasons.

Check-out is by 10:00.

Unfortunately, late check-out is not available due to cleaning and preparation for the next guests.
